I have a drug test on 1-7-08 and i want to know if it is safe to take adderall. I DO NOT have a prescription for it.
It shows up on a drug test as an amphetamine.

4-5 days in urine, depending on your metabolism. That’s after the last time taken.
If you have a script, bring it with you to the testing center. You will test positive for amphetamine and possibly methamphetamine.
You should be fine, though, with a legal script for the drug.
Or just don’t take the medication beginning now, and it should be out of your system by the test date.

I never heard of drug tests testing for prescription drugs. Are you afraid it will show up as an illegal substance?

why would you take it in the 1st place maybe a rehab? or a 12 step program?

damn dude im in the same predicament…im taking one for the navy the 6th…i just got done researching it myself….in urine it should only stay in your system for 1-3 days but if you used it heavily maybe 4 or 5…good luck man!!!
