How long does 5 mg of Abilify and.25 Xanax take to leave your breastmilk?

My doctor put me on both.. I decided after taking them yesterday at 5pm I really really love and miss breastfeeding and I do not want to take them anymore.. How long until I can again?

I would talk to your doctor. It is strongly advised against breast feeding while on Abilify (aripiprazole). Abilify (actually, its metabolite) has a long elimination half life, approx. 96 hours. Pharmacokinetically, it will take approx. 30 days to be safe to breast feed. The Xanax (alprazolam) will be long gone by then.
