After you stop taking them? Because I thought my antibiotics (Doryx) had started upsetting my stomach again (I’ve been taking them for about 6 months and they upset my stomach when I started taking them) so I haven’t taken one since Thursday night. But my stomach is still upset, so do you think it’s still because of the antibiotics?

No it should not be because of the Doryx (doxycycline).
You really do need to speak with your doctor about stopping Doryx. Starting and stopping antibiotics leads to antibiotic resistance and should be avoided. You also really should take Doryx in the morning and doing that might help your stomach. Typically stomach problems are due to taking the medication and lying down soon after.
