i am constipated and just saw my doctor. i was told to take 17mg of this right when i got it, then about 4 hours later, 17mg more. how fast does this stuff work. will i use the restroom before the night is over, or what.
i hope so because my stomach feels so full

My sister used Miralax since she was about 5 when you still needed a Prescription to get it. It works really well although it may take some time Depending on How Constipated you really are. I would suggest taking 20mg instead of 17mg it will make it work faster. Try 3 times a day, anymore may/can get you Very Sick. My sister O.D on it once and it was not pretty at All
