Well, probably not at all.
Going from those medications to an herbal remedy isn’t necessarily what i recommend. Assuming you are stable on the medications, and your blood pressure is under control, I believe you would be putting yourself at great risk for rebound hypertension. Additionally, transitioning off your beta-blocker (labetalol) could also lead to an elevated heart rate for a significant period of time.
Additionally, I was unable to find any radomized controlled studies that pointed towards the nattokinase having any provable efficacy comparable at any doses to the combination of medications you are currently on.
