To be able to actually make drugs, you have to get a pharmacology degree, for starters, then get with the local government as far as restrictions are concerned. You will have to submit to the FDA, and may need a degree in another type of medicine. You are looking at around $100K and around 8 years of schooling. Best of luck! It is a noble desire.
