Please PLEASE do not use diet pills. They are harmful in some ways.

If dieting, Eat less ( until you feel its enough, not full)

Exercise MORE

Also, it’s healthy to skip 1-2 meal every week.

You can burn more if you excercise and drink green tea.

lets say you skip luch, then before you eat dinner, excersice. You lose more weight. You won’t burn carbs, but fat.

Good Luck!

"Fastin" is a brand name for the chemical phentermine, which is half of the now-discontinued "Fen-Phen". It doesn’t cause your body to burn more energy or store less; it acts solely to decrease your appetite, which will most likely cause you to eat less. The effect will likely be the same as if you simply dieted.

Please do be careful, though; losing more than about a pound a week (two if you’re severely obese) of actual body mass (not just water) can mess up your metabolism, and you’ll end up rebounding, gaining more weight than you lost in the first place. Yes, I know, people on TV lose weight faster than this; they almost always gain it right back once the show ends.

Don’t use pills, or a program. It’s ineffective, dangerous, and just plain stupid.
Here’s an easy and safe way to lose weight;
Simply have six mini (healthy) meals a day, or 3 well portioned meals with a healthy snack in between, also go for a casual walk every now and then, you will eventually lose weight. NEVER STARVE YOURSELF. Please be smart and not fall for all those "lose weight" methods.
