I have been taking effexor for about 3 months now. It was working pretty well and then my fatigue came back. I have extreme spells of fatigue, so my doctor just prescribed me provigil. I was very excited about getting to take it because it helps with daytime fatigue. However, it hasn't been very helpful thus far. I have been taking it (provigil in addition to my effexor) for about 4 days. I am very disappointed in it. In fact, it seems to have made me more depressed. How is it effecting you?
