My wife takes Cymbalta. We currently have a Health Savings Account- which is high deductible. We are paying 3 a month for her 30-day prescription. I have looked into ordering from Canada, but I believe that we cannot use our HSA to cover the cost. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone found a solution to this problem? Thanks!

i really dont wanna switch medications but are there any other ones out there that have lesser side effects? ive gained about 30 pounds in 1 month while being on zyprexa and im groggy all the time what should i do

I’m in nursing school and I just wanted some opinions on handling this med administration scenario before my exam coming up. (I don’t want to miss anything) Please tell me what nursing considerations I should be aware of when administering these drugs. The scenario includes a man with afib who had a fall at home recently and has fractured some ribs in his left side. He has a history of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension. He has no allergies and his blood glucose levels are stabilized when using insulin. My initial assessment would reveals a blood glucose of 6.4, temp 36.8, apical pulse 68 (reg), resps 22, BP 130/70, SPO2 96% RA, pain rating of 6/10 on his ribs,
His meds are: Digoxin, morphine, Restoril, heparin, hydrochlorothiazide and humulin R and humulin N insulins.

Can Triamcinolone Acetonide cream be used for spider bites? My wife got a spider bite(brown recluse spider bite) and the doctor gave her this crap that i think doesn’t work.. I went to walgreens and found Campho-Phenique for incest bites. Do you guys think this would work better?

LAD now I was told to begin with that it wasnt the widow maker that .. that was the left main?? now Im being told it is the widow maker?? like i said not that it matters now lol but just curious and also how long typicly does it take for you EF to go up up you are taking the coreg and excerising everyday!!! and eating healthy??
