out of ibuprofen. want to know if it has a anti inflamatory in it or just tylenol.

  3. Darvocet-N is a combination of Darvon (propoxyphene) and acetaminophen (Tylenol). Neither one has any anti-inflammatory properties, and although it is a pain reliever, it is not a substitute for ibuprofen.

    You can buy ibuprofen 200 mg tablets over-the-counter in bulk quantities of 100 for about $0.05-0.08 per tablet.
