I took a short term of Bactrim, only 3 days. I know that you need to use a backup method of birth control, which I have been doing ever since. I did have unprotected sex with my partner the day before I started it but that is it.
I am concerned because I am on birth control and always get my period on the Tuesday after I finish my pack and I never did. I took a pregnancy test which was negative but I am still very worried.
Does Bactrim effect my menses at all?

It def can effect you while on BC….sadly. Give it some time. If a few weeks go by and still nothing, you may want to go get a blood test done to be sure.
