http://www.merck.com/mmpe/lexicomp/alprazolam.html

Drug information at above links.

I do not see any drug interactions listed here.

For chest pains it is not a bad idea to see a doctor, but a baby asprin (81mg) might not be a bad thing to do in the mean time.

A couple of things to keep in mind about Crestor besides the muscle pain accompained by fever/ill feelings (sign of rhabdomyolysis).

Alcohol increases liver toxicity, and likely Tylenol does as well, so I would avoid or severely limit each. Asians need much lower doses as they cannot clear the drug easily. Kidney toxicity is possible, the urine should be tested for protein and blood cells often. Of course, blood tests for liver injury should be done often as well.

Lipitor might be a safer choice of statin than crestor.

if you have chest pains you need to go see your doctor very soon to make sure it is not a heart attack. Seriously.
