My husband was recently diganosed with Hypertension. He’s on 240 mg Verapamil and 37.5 mg Dyazide daily. Will these meds. cause "blue-ish" urine? And if so, is this something to be concerned about?

None of these meds should cause a bluish urine. This seems strange. I would have him drink lots of water and see if it flushes out. If not see your doctor.
let your doctor know about it. they can order a test (24hr) on urine and sent to a lab. they meds could react with foodstuffs etc.
The prescribing doctor should be asked about any side effect that alarms you.
As a general rule, urine should have NO color. Even the "typical" yellow urine is a sign that you are NOT properly hydrated. If your pee is colored, you need to drink more clear fluids (water is best).
get an order from doc for urinalysis and see
