Or any other antidepressant? It is cymbalta I take though. Been on the low dose a while this is my first day off it and I feel a pretty crappy.

Such as vitamins, any over the counter medicine or herbal remedies or teas? And PLEASE, no recommendation of smoking weed or sniffing coke or anything!

Many thanks, I shall rate the best answer 5!

  1. Take Omega 3 fish oil, high doses. Start low and increase every three days untilyou get a positive change. This helps with depression.

You can supplement according to what "crappy means". It would help to know that that is. I know that the fish oil is needed as the drug depletes the body of essential fatty acids.

There is a program that has different supplements. You can find them at http://www.theroadback.org. It works for some people.
