i have never tried that one, but i do know one that is 100% free and totally easy to use!!

signing up is as simple as picking a user name, password, and giving them your cell number. they will then text you a verification code right away. enter the verification code and you are off!! there are thousands of ringtones that are not copyrighted that are available for you with just 2 clicks of the mouse. also (and this is of course the best part) you can use any song that you have on your computer or disc and "cut" your own ringtone out of it. this way you can have whatever 15-30 seconds of the song that you choose to use as the ringtone. you can also do fun things like make it fade in and out for optimum sound. the ringtones are sent to your phone in the form of a pic/vid message. it’s fast, it’s quick, it’s friendly, it’s easy, and it’s free!!

you can absolutely use the money you put in your HSA to pay for your copay/deductible, that is the purpose. but you have to have put money into your HSA to spend it. An HSA is a way of putting pre-tax money into an account that can be used for uncovered medical expense. If you did not put anything into your HSA then you may want to look at buying generics from the online European site I use at THE-DRUG-STORE.COM as I am sure they would carry a generic of something as popular as cymbalta.

really, don’t put up with this..you need to talk with the doc. that put you on this..this is not the right med. for you..it does not agree with you and there are so many other meds. in the same category that can and will agree with you. i remember once, a doc. prescribed paxil for me..i had a lot of your symptoms..i was so sick. it was a nightmare, i couldn’t believe how bad off i was..i will never forget it..i spoke with the doc., and yes different meds. will react so differently on individuals..i was prescribed something else and was so fine..no problems, no freaky feelings..please let your prescribing doc. know..i truly wish you the best.i have been there and do know what you are talking about.. best to you and take good care..

Ask your doctor to change your medication. Even if you have to keep changing until you get it right. Or maybe something else will work for awhile and then you have to switch again. Don’t settle. I know it’s a pain but we are often at the mercy of doctors. Do some research yourself on alternative meds. Then go to your doctor and request the alternative. Good luck. Take charge of your health treatment. No one cares more for your health than you do. So….start managing it.

you need to discuss this with your doctor and ask him if there is a medication that gives you the same positive effects as zyprexa or cyprexa without the side effects… whatever medication you take, all of them have side effects.. I am on Effexor and that has had a tremendous effect on my weight.. It increases appetite.. so I tend to graze on food even though I only graze on healthy food I did gain a lot of weight and as Effexor is a ”downer” I feel drowsy just like you and it takes a lot of effort and determination to follow through with exercises..

I believe you as well as I, we have to change our lifestyle.. the medication increases our appetite.. so we need to be disciplined and start with a healthy high fibre breakfast that is filling but healthy.. and have 3 meals a day.. and if we feel hungry in between, we need to graze on raw vegetables or grains or fruit.. and not eat junk food, stop the soda’s and drink water with a little bit of juice to make it more palatable.. and herbal teas.. and we just have to put the effort in to at least exercise for 30 minutes every day… and pick an exercise we are more likely to stick to.. cycling, swimming, brisk walking, going to the gym, dancing… whatever we like best we have to pick because we have to change our eating habits.. then the medication may not make us pile on more pounds.. I have gained 40 lbs… I was very skinny before and now I am overweight.. I don’t want to get to the point where I cross from being overweight to becoming obese…

I will do that.. maybe you will do it too.. and talk to your doctor.. maybe there is a medication that will not have the effect of weight gain.. but drowsiness is a side effect most benzodiazepines have.. so that is something that you can probably look up on your prescription.. what it says about possible side effects…

Decadron is potent stuff, not ever used casually. You have to sort out the symptoms of what they are treating from those caused by decadron. They often will put a patient on Proton Pump inhibitors to hopefully help protect the stomach. ( I don’t think they work) You may need a med for hypertension, med to treat steroid induced Diabetes, surgery to remove the steroid caused cataracts, anti- psychotics, on and on. There is quite a list of side effects of steroids. The heart burn is probably related. The visual blurring may be . ( get your blood sugar checked– sudden changes in your Rx are common with Diabetes) The rashes almost certainly are. The best way to decrease these is of course to get off Decadron. Otherwise, they just treat the symptoms.

Hi,

I don’t know if I will be of much help; I’m only a first year nursing student.
I would say, of course start off with the recommended or suggested dosage of medication prescribed by a physician or the nurse and take vital signs q2h for a little bit and increase to q4h. Taking his blood glucose levels. Observe his nonverbal expressions and I guess you can ask him how he is doing, how has the pain changed, and what not? Definitely look at side effects and whether or not the medications are effective. Is that a safe combination of medications to hand out? o__o

I’m not too sure .. ahaha. Definitely consider cultural impacts or his beliefs/values as well and what he thinks of taking all of the meds.

It is not at all clear when or if the universal health-care bill will go into effect. Bear in mind that not a single member of either the House or the Senate – by their own admission – had actually read the entire bill prior to voting it into law. There are presently 13 states suing in federal courts arguing that this bill is unconstitutional. There is no question that some portions of the bill are unconstitutional but vast majority of the bill is within the authority and scope of the legislative branch of our government. The courts have the right to strike a line or a paragraph leaving the remainder of the bill intact. This is the expected outcome of these lawsuits but it could quite literally take years to resolve this. Until this is resolved the universal health-care bill will most likely not be allowed to become effective. One of the bill’s founders – a Democrat – had cleverly inserted a line into the bill that each state could opt out of participation. With great embarrassment to the Democratic party and the President this Senator has recently filed suit to allow his state to opt out of the universal health-care bill. Most of those in Congress did not realize that this single line was buried in the bill and now it is very likely that many states will file suit to opt out of participation which is a lot easier than arguing that the bill is unconstitutional. A number of years ago the Commonwealth of Massachusetts had established a universal health-care plan for their ‘state’. There is bipartisan agreement that this bill proved disastrous for the residents of Massachusetts and this is one of the reasons that so many people question the concept of universal health-care. The federal government’s previous experience with federal health-care – Medicare and Medicaid – has proven to be an abject failure. Tomorrow’s tax dollars are being used to pay yesterday’s bills for these plans. Medicare was set up as a trust fund which means that the federal government was not allowed to spend the money but all of the money was drained from this trust fund a great many years ago. Unfortunately you are not really able to sue the federal government when it violates its own rules. Should universal health-care go into effect it is not at all clear how it will work and therefore the answer to your question is really not known at this time. In all probability you will have a monthly fee for participation, a deductible before the health-care program will apply, and you will likely still need to pay a percentage of the cost of physician visits, testing, and hospitalization. It is extremely unlikely that universal health-care will pay for any medical expense ‘fully’. I wish you the very best of health and in all things may God bless.
