I have a horrible pain in the back of my head that hurts to touch and hurts even more when i tilt my head to the side. I’m not sure what this is, but i do have congestion in my nose. Can i take tylenol even though i took claritin d (24 hours) earlier?

Go ahead, it’s OK to take them together. There is no interaction between the two that I am aware of. There is no Tylenol in Claritin D, just an antihistamine and decongestant.
