I know it is o.k. to break a 100mg Viagra to make 2 50mg pills, but can you break a 20mg Cialis or a 20mg Levitra in half?
You can not break just any pill in half. Many pills are not "balanced;" in general pills will be "scored" if they are ok to break, but many are not scored yet still ok. Viagra is not scored and it is ok to break; I’m asking about Cialis and Levitra.

I was using Cialis & Levitra at one point a year or two ago…I noticed when I cut these particular 2 pills in half, it lost A LOT of its effectiveness…taking it whole & I was super duper man!
Your better off not cutting these 2.
