My 7 week old baby is on diflucan for thrush toungue, and has terrible gas, can I give him the infant gas drops (simethicone) also? I was wondering if anyone knows any drug interactions with the two?

yes he can… and you cannot overdose him on t either… the thrush will make him gassy also…
