		<description>The dentist spent 4 years at uni for a reason......he knows what the problem is and how to treat it. Dont self medicate..
He may want to see the tooth. Pay the money!!! and get a proper answer. You could have a dry socket...very painful...
It may be as simple as salt water mouth rinses... start doing that now anyway...A good dentist would have called you to make sure you are ok. A lot would not charge you for this visit... but be prepared anyway... If he does... explain nicely.. &#039;oh, i would have thought this was part of the post op care?
Pain should&#039;ve been gone after a week. Go see him asap....
Tell him you have the keflex, but dont take it until you at least speak to him.</description>
