I took the flu shot about 3 days ago and have had a sore throat since. It is Saturday and I really dont want to wait until Monday to go to the doctor. I have almost a whole bottle of Clindamycin 150mg (60 pills) and was wondering could I use this as a amoxicillin sub?

Chances are that it’s not bacterial, and therefore antibiotics won’t do anything. If it’s a touch of the flu, from the flu shot, it’s a virus, your clindamycin is useless, as would be amoxicillin.
Go to the doctor so they can decide if it’s strep, and if so they’ll give you the correct antibiotic. Otherwise they’ll just tell you to drink fluids and get rest.
