Well the tylenol and ibuprofen won’t interact so you are safe there. I would not suggest taking anymore tylenol or ibufprofen for at least 4 hours. If you really need pain relief I would call a doctor or go to the nearest urgent care center.

If those 4 aren’t working, more isn’t going to help either.
take something to help sleep like NyQuil if you can sleep now.
I wouldn’t recommend listening to anyone on here, i would phone up your doctors surgery or the hospital to ask about this, or look up efficient studies online. I wouldn’t mix two different painkillers especially so quick together.
You’re supposed to take ibuprofen and i’m sure tylenol would be the same, every 4hours and don’t exceed 6-8 in 24hrs. Listen to what the instructions say.
If you’ve got a serious headache, try lying down in a dark room and closing your eyes, getting a little bit of sleep too maybe be good too. I’m pregnant and can’t take no painkillers, i get headaches all the time and i’ve got a cold which means sore sinus’s. I know it’s agonising, but i drink plenty of water, go under a steamer to clear out sinuses if you don’t have a steamer, put boiling hot water into a bowl, put your head near it and a towel over your head, breathe in the steam. I also lie in a dark room and close my eyes or i try to get 10mins sleep to relieve it.
