My dr decided to start me on 10 mg of Abilify in addition to my effexor. She instructed me to take it at night..while I take the effexor during the day.

Anyhow, I started this last night and woke up SOO many times…would close my eyes again and sleep to only wake up again and again and again.
Anyone experience this when they first took this drug?
Also I am SOOO groggy..which might be since I woke up so many times.

I’ve been taking it at bedtime for over a year and it hasn’t disturbed my sleep at all. However, meds have different side effects for everyone. Maybe talk to your doctor about taking it in the morning instead.
