My advice would be to try testosterone replacement therapy. If you can afford it, complete hormone replacement therapy (including HGH). My feeling is that the added testosterone may help his libido while the proscar/avodart keeps the DHT from affecting his prostate... All you can do is try it and see if that works.. I think it will..
