last year i was on fastin and then my doctor switched it to adipex. I haven’t taken it in ages, but i like to do research on medications and both of these are phentermine (sp?), so what is the difference between the two?

Fastin and Adipex are tradenames for Phentermine.
There is absolutely no difference.
