Update: Mercury drug, probably the post popular drug store in the Philippines does not stalk ALL generic drugs. If you can not find the particular drug required, they do their best to find a substititue like/similar drug with same effect

There’s Watsons here as well that sells medicine by generic but I prefer Mercury Drug because they have a wide selection of generic drugs compare to other pharmacy. Usually a really hard to find generic drugs can be found at big private hospitals pharmacy… like Medical City, Saint Lukes Hospitals etc.
