Great Question. I have been wondering this myself.
DH and I have been TTC for 8 cycles now, and although I have never taken Celebrex, I was most recently on a prescription anti-inflammatory for my arthritis. I did some research on my own regarding fertility and anti-inflammatories (NSAID’s), and there have in fact been studies that link fertility problems with NSAID’s.
Upon my discovery of that information, I contacted my doctor and told him that I thought I should discontinue taking the NSAID. I still take a daily supplement of Glucosamine Chondroitin. Of course, now being off the NSAID, i find myself with a little more arthritis pain than I used to feel, however I am willing to live with the pain if it will help us to conceive successfully. This is my 2nd cycle being off of the NSAID, and I am praying for baby dust.
