Some people may have an allergic reaction to one of the ingrediants. Some people may find the drug does not help their asthma. There are similar (or even more horrifying) warnings on every drug made. What's more important with advair (which I've taken for years) is that you shake it well, hold it level, breathe in, do NOT breathe out into the canister, and rinse your mouth afterwards.
