Aciphex medication……….?

How long does it take aciphex medication to kick in? I’m in a lot of discomfort so I’m curious thanks!

Aciphex is strong medication and most people are prescribed only one dose a day. If it is not working for you, call your doctor and s/he should be able to give something different–equally strong, but that fits you.

See a gastroenterologist and have x-rays they recommend done. If you have an ulcer, it will show. Don’t let it go on. Other things mask themselves as heartburn too. t

Usually about a half hour.

I want to caution you, not to worry, but there are more serious gastrointestinal conditions that can be mistaken for heartburn. Aciphex should be strong enough to get rid of heartburn. If it’s not, I would go back to your doctor or a gastroenterologist right away.
